These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meals That Heal website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). • You may receive a receipt for tax purposes

5. Volunteer and Partner Agreements

Volunteers and partner organizations agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality regarding donation sources and recipient information
• Act professionally and respectfully toward staff and the public
• Report any food safety concerns immediately
• Not misrepresent the mission or operations of Meals That Heal

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code—is the property of Meals That Heal or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. • Binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules
• Arbitration shall take place in Penobscot County, Maine
• Each party shall bear its own costs

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Penobscot County, Maine.

13. Modifications to Terms

14. Severability
